Oaklands Community Infant School, Wilmslow - HAS AMALGAMATED WITH DEAN ROW JUNIOR SCHOOL, WILMSLOW FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST 2007. THE NEW SCHOOL WILL BE KNOWN AS DEAN OAKS PRIMARY SCHOOL.

Welcome to DEAN OAKS PRIMARY School (INFANT SITE)

Welcome to Dean Oaks Primary School.

The purpose of this website is to provide information to help you find out more about the life and work of the school, in particular the Infant department. Our school provides nursery, infant and junior education and before and after school care. The infant and junior departments are able to focus on the special characteristics and needs of the children of these two key stages, as well as working closely together.

Dean Oaks is very happy school - an extention of the best home. We believe that every child is special and our fundamental aim is to create a learning environment in which all children can develop an awareness of their own worth and individual potential. Parents play an important part in their child's education and we aim to work together in a partnership of trust and shared responsibility to ensure that we achieve the best possible education for your children.

We have an information centre for parents which is situated in the school entrance hall where you can find school policy documents and schemes of work. We are concerned about all aspects of your child's development and we hope that home and school will work well together to make this a successful period in your child's life.
