The curriculum is composed of core and foundation subjects. More time is allocated to English and Mathematics where the National Literacy and Numeracy Strategies are implemented throughout the school. A broad and balance curriculum is offered to the children to enable them to reach their full potential. Learning is matched to the child's ability rather than age.
The curriculum is organised to ensure each child has access to complete coverage of the knowledge and skills for each subject area. This is achieved through planning.
